Welcome to MATTY'S Hot Sauce!
I'm excited to announce that the first orders of our pre-launch sauces are available now. I've been making hot sauce for over 20 years. Each flavor is a love letter to my favorite cuisines and flavor profiles.
I don't use any thickeners, dyes, or preservatives, and every recipe starts with garlic and onion. All of my sauces are vinegar based, so be sure to give them a good shake. My mission is simple. These flavors are for: "The tables I will never see, that life will know more flavor."
